This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Tackle real and intricate technical challenges by working on a substantial, complex codebase where analytics and modeling capabilities play a crucial role. Manage significant traffic (2.3M registered users, 200K unique monthly visitors) and large data volumes. There is a strong focus on maintaining clean architecture to facilitate long-term growth.
β’ Engage with an appealing technical stack: our toolkit includes MongoDB, Node.js, and Vue.js β three of the most sought-after JavaScript technologies available. We are in the process of migrating to TypeScript.
β’ Advance within an R&D team that fosters rapid development: our decentralized peer-review process ensures regular, qualitative feedback from peers. We advocate for pair programming and knowledge exchange.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in taking GenAI / LLM-powered systems from the prototype stage to stable, long-term production deployment.
β’ Strong proficiency in Python with a proven history of writing clean, maintainable production code.
β’ Practical experience in integrating LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) and navigating real-world constraints such as token costs, latency, reliability, and hallucinations.
β’ Familiarity with:
β’ - Search functionalities, RAG, semantic search, and vector databases.
β’ - Agents.
β’ - LLM observability tools (Langfuse or similar).
β’ - Model evaluation.
β’ Solid understanding of machine learning principles (evaluation, experimentation, model lifecycle).
β’ Proficient in English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).
