This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Drive the adoption and advancement of AI tools within the Payments team.

• Integrate agentic workflows throughout planning, development, and production oversight.

• Assess and sustain the AI development stack utilized by the team.

• Continuously experiment with and implement new tools for team efficiency.

• Revamp workflows to accommodate agent-assisted sprints.

• Guarantee compliance and governance in the code generated by agents.

• Record and document the team's AI tools and workflows.

• Actively contribute by creating internal tools and automations.

• Establish and monitor significant metrics for AI-supported delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical development experience in web and backend systems.

• Extensive, up-to-date experience with agentic AI development tools.

• Proven track record of designing and executing improvements in developer experience.

• Solid grasp of contemporary software engineering practices.

• Capable of working across the full technology stack.

• Familiarity with MCP servers and agent frameworks.

• A mindset geared toward teaching and mentoring.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to work.

• Experience in or adjacent to a regulated work environment.
