This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the creation of AI-driven solutions, automated workflows, and data-centric tools, while also supporting internal operations and legal activities.

• Assist in formulating and implementing innovation strategies that are aligned with the requirements of various legal practice areas.

• Work collaboratively with practice groups to evaluate technology requirements and develop customized innovation strategies.

• Utilize experience to facilitate the assessment of emerging technologies (both legal and non-legal) and offer actionable recommendations regarding their relevance to attorneys and specific practice areas.

• Oversee pilot programs, proof-of-concept projects, and testing initiatives to evaluate the usability, effectiveness, and impact of new tools.

• Manage the deployment and adoption of technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration into current workflows with minimal disruption.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align innovation initiatives with broader organizational goals.

• Aid in change management efforts, including the creation and delivery of training and communication materials to promote the adoption of new tools and processes.

• Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency, decrease friction, and improve service delivery.

• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and training resources to effectively communicate the initiatives and outcomes of the Innovation department to stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with AI and training technology tools.

• Prior experience in a law firm or a legal background is preferred.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in working with technology solutions (such as document automation, matter management systems, AI-driven tools, or workflow platforms).

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for legal professionals.

• Proven capability to collaborate across different functions and influence the adoption of new tools and processes among legal stakeholders.

• Experience in managing projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
