AI Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop training and development content for Fullscript’s AI, including guides, slide presentations, blogs, videos, playbooks, templates, and role-specific learning paths.

• Create and enhance interactive, self-service AI learning experiences.

• Assess user demographics, learning requirements, and skill deficiencies, customizing content to suit workflows and AI proficiency.

• Track AI tools, functionalities, use cases, and new trends to ensure learning materials remain up-to-date.

• Collaborate with AI Champions on departmental adoption strategies and the implementation of new AI tools.

• Foster relationships throughout the organization to identify workflow challenges, knowledge gaps, and opportunities for AI or automation.

• Document issues, users, workflows, anticipated impact, data requirements, feasibility, and risks for effective roadmap planning.

• Assist GSD applications by transforming inquiries, adoption challenges, and feedback into enhanced content and roadmap contributions.

• Evaluate enablement by analyzing content engagement, tool utilization, skill proficiency, support trends, time efficiency, and overall business impact.

• Conduct workshops, webinars, office hours, onboarding sessions, and occasionally represent the company at industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in learning and development, technical enablement, digital learning, knowledge management, change enablement, developer education, or a similar domain.

• Proficient use of contemporary AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or comparable platforms.

• Solid understanding of the capabilities and limitations of large language models.

• Experience in creating clear, engaging learning materials tailored for diverse roles, technical expertise levels, and learning styles.

• Demonstrated success in developing self-service resources or digital learning experiences that enhance adoption, confidence, or performance.

• Strong analytical skills in business processes, including workflow mapping and requirements analysis.

• Exceptional written communication skills and expertise in information design.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Effective project management and prioritization capabilities.

• People-centered approach to change management.

• Comfort and experience in facilitating live learning sessions, webinars, or group discussions.

• Background checks are mandatory for job offers.

• Bonus: Familiarity with n8n, Zapier, Make, low-code/no-code tools, AI-assisted development, AI workflow concepts, internal tool launches, champions networks, AI governance, data privacy, regulated environments, industry events, communities, or thought-leadership content.
