AI Enablement – Process Automation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement training initiatives for business users focusing on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and best practices in AI.

• Mentor staff on prompt engineering methodologies and effective patterns for AI interaction.

• Develop reusable libraries of prompts, playbooks, templates, and educational resources.

• Create a community of practice for AI enthusiasts and advocates.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Support, and Marketplace teams to comprehend workflows.

• Evaluate existing processes and pinpoint areas for AI-driven enhancement.

• Construct business cases and ROI assessments for automation opportunities.

• Formulate implementation roadmaps for processes transformed by AI.

• Identify potential applications for Copilot agents and intelligent workflows.

• Specify requirements for agents, data sources, knowledge bases, and governance frameworks.

• Collaborate with technical developers to assess feasibility and deployment strategies.

• Set standards for grounding, prompt design, security, and ethical AI practices.

• Monitor usage, adoption, and business results.

• Evaluate productivity enhancements and process advancements.

• Communicate the progress of AI initiatives to IT and business leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or digital transformation.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365.

• Experienced in facilitating workshops and training sessions.

• Strong grasp of business process mapping.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, application development, or architecture.

• Background in a multi-team Agile/Scrum work environment.

• Familiarity with Internet technologies and web-based software development.

• Thorough understanding of data mapping, APIs, and integration technologies is essential.

• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Miro) is advantageous.

• Basic understanding and experience in functional testing and validation.

• Capability to construct simple SQL queries.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or automation technologies.

• Experience in prompt engineering.

• Background in Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.

• Skilled in developing business cases and ROI models.

• Proficient with work item and defect tracking management systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.).
