This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with agency and functional leaders to pinpoint opportunities for AI integration within workflows.
• Assist in the development and implementation of AI training and enablement initiatives.
• Contribute to the creation of role-specific playbooks and best practices.
• Organize AI workshops, office hours, and internal enablement sessions.
• Aid in building an internal network of AI advocates.
• Gather and structure AI use cases from various teams across agencies and functions.
• Maintain a systematic intake and tracking system for use cases.
• Classify opportunities based on their impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with the AI Generalist and technical teams for early-stage validation support.
• Prepare use cases for evaluation by leadership and decision-makers.
• Summarize anticipated benefits, required efforts, and dependencies.
• Assist in prioritization discussions and document decisions made.
• Ensure alignment with overarching AI initiatives and priorities.
• Collaborate with teams to embed AI into current workflows.
• Support pilot implementations and collect feedback.
• Document successful use cases and contribute to scaling efforts.
• Assist in standardizing repeatable approaches among teams.
• Collect AI-related requests, needs, and trends from client-facing teams.
• Organize and synthesize feedback across agencies.
• Share insights with AI leadership to guide priorities and capability enhancement.
• Help monitor time savings and efficiency gains from AI use cases.
• Assist in developing productivity and adoption reporting.
• Maintain visibility into the progress and outcomes of the use case pipeline.
• Work closely with the AI transformation team and the Senior Director.
• Collaborate with IT and architecture teams to ensure feasibility and scalability.
• Help ensure use cases adhere to the established AI lifecycle.
• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, operations, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in cross-functional or matrixed environments with strong organizational abilities.
• Capacity to articulate AI-supported reasoning and outputs to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong structured problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to convert business needs into actionable tasks.
