This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and continually enhance a curriculum of AI training programs that cover foundational literacy, role-specific proficiency, and advanced practitioner development.
• Collaborate with functional leaders throughout the organization to identify skill gaps and customize learning pathways for specific roles (such as advisory, delivery, operations, etc.).
• Create and oversee self-paced resources, workshops, certifications, and onboarding materials that can be scaled across a distributed workforce.
• Monitor learning outcomes and adoption metrics, utilizing data to refine and optimize effective strategies.
• Establish and manage Coalfire's internal AI community by creating channels, forums, events, and office hours for employees to share their projects, ask questions, and learn from one another.
• Identify and nurture internal AI champions and power users throughout the organization.
• Promote knowledge-sharing and peer learning to ensure best practices are disseminated organically rather than solely from the top down.
• Act as the voice that keeps AI front and center internally, translating intricate or abstract AI developments into relatable and relevant narratives for a general employee audience.
• Create and distribute internal communications (including newsletters, announcements, and spotlights) that showcase real AI successes, use cases, and learnings from across the company.
• Represent the AI & Data team at all-hands meetings, internal events, and cross-functional forums.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief AI & Data Officer regarding the human aspects of our AI strategy, including readiness, culture, and change management.
• Collaborate with HR and People teams to integrate AI competencies into talent development frameworks, performance expectations, and hiring processes.
• Stay informed on enterprise AI trends, tools, and best practices in adult learning, bringing relevant insights back to the team.
• Over 7 years of experience in a mix of learning & development, organizational change, technical training, or community building — preferably within a technology-driven or professional services setting.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical subjects and present them in an engaging and actionable manner for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in creating programs from the ground up, rather than merely inheriting and maintaining existing ones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — capable of crafting an engaging internal newsletter and effectively facilitating discussions with skeptical senior consultants.
• A genuine passion for AI and its practical applications in the workplace; while you don't need to be an engineer, you should possess a deep curiosity and credibility in the field.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where the roadmap is still evolving.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing without direct authority.
• Paid parental leave.
• Flexible time off.
• Certification and training reimbursement.
• Digital mental health and wellbeing support membership.
• Comprehensive insurance options.
