AI Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and deployment of AI-driven tools and agents, encompassing tool and API integrations, agent workflows, backend services, and user-friendly interfaces.

• Oversee system performance, aid in incident investigations, and provide support to internal users with mentorship from senior engineers.

• Contribute to the integration of AI systems with enterprise platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft 365.

• Participate in the creation of LLM pipelines for retrieval, structured data extraction, scoring logic, prompt and tool design, and output validation.

• Utilize AI coding tools, ensuring their output meets production quality through thorough review and governance.

• Implement least-privilege access, service accounts, and maintain audit logging.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert vague requests into actionable tools.

• Facilitate the adoption of AI tools among internal users by addressing queries, conducting brief training sessions, and assessing new tools.

• Produce documentation, runbooks, and decision-making notes.

• Engage throughout the solution lifecycle from scoping and development to launch, monitoring, user support, documentation, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of software development experience; internships, academic work, or professional projects are all considered.

• Some familiarity with LLM/generative AI features beyond basic prototypes.

• Proficient in Python.

• Knowledge of REST APIs.

• Some experience with a modern frontend framework, such as React with TypeScript.

• At least 1 year of experience with AWS and/or Azure.

• Background in LLM tool-calling or agent frameworks.

• Experience with workflow/automation platforms, like n8n or Power Automate.

• Understanding of LLM fundamentals including RAG, embeddings, structured extraction, prompt design, and the discernment of when human review is necessary for outputs.

• Capability to progress in uncertain situations and ask insightful questions.

• Effective communication skills with non-technical colleagues.

• Proficient in creating user-friendly documentation.

• Relevant AWS/Azure certifications are advantageous.

• Experience with MCP servers, the Anthropic/Claude ecosystem, or enterprise AI platform administration is a plus.

• Familiarity with predictive ML or evaluation design for AI systems is desirable.

• Experience with Salesforce API and data model is a plus.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph or Entra ID is beneficial.

• Exposure to the manufacturing sector, CPQ/PLM, or B2B vertical SaaS domain is a plus.

• Experience in supporting or training end users on technical tools is an added advantage.
