AI Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with commercial and business teams to enhance workflows.

• Analyze and map workflows to identify processes and automation opportunities.

• Determine and prioritize steps for automation implementation.

• Create and develop automation solutions utilizing Claude skills and plugins.

• Implement, maintain, and refine solutions as necessary.

• Clearly document all solutions.

• Guide and mentor a small team while overseeing personal projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Claude and Claude Code.

• Knowledge of React, Golang, and Python.

• Experience in solutions engineering, technical operations, RevOps, or business analysis.

• Proven track record of deconstructing complex workflows and creating automations.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong process-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

• Collaborative and flexible in approach.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Possess a growth mindset.
