AI Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Support AI enablement initiatives and enhance the enterprise AI measurement framework.

• Evaluate AI adoption, engagement, proficiency, responsible utilization, value realization, and ROI across various AI tools and platforms.

• Create structured, reusable methodologies for assessing AI adoption and value across the organization.

• Establish standardized metric definitions and value hypotheses.

• Collaborate directly with data, dashboard tools, KPI logic, reports, and visual storytelling.

• Transform complex metrics into clear narratives for executive leadership.

• Clarify analytical methods for both practitioners and technical teams.

• Foster alignment among business units, IT, governance, privacy, HR, and engineering without formal authority.

• Differentiate between usage metrics and business outcomes, assessing direct, estimated, or proxy value.

• Evaluate proficiency, behavioral changes, and outcomes of digital transformation.

• Facilitate privacy-safe reporting, responsible-use metrics, and collaboration on governance.

• Establish common KPI standards across various business units.

• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports that illustrate adoption, usage trends, and business value.

• Analyze trends and gaps to propose enablement, governance, and investment strategies.

• Collaborate with matrixed stakeholders to define success measures for AI projects.

• Create ROI and value methodologies linked to time savings, throughput, quality improvements, reduced errors, risk avoidance, and cost savings.

• Maintain a comprehensive view across multiple tools and use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• Fewer than 2 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, analytics, software development, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• Previous experience working with large data sets in an enterprise environment.

• Prior knowledge and experience with AI Readiness, Enablement, AI Adoption, Engagement, and Value.

• Experience with Databricks is highly preferred.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Capability to define common KPI standards.

• Proficiency in building dashboards, scorecards, and reports.

• Skill in analyzing trends and identifying gaps.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with matrixed stakeholders.

• Capacity to develop ROI/value methods that link AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

• Ability to maintain a holistic perspective across multiple tools and use cases.
