AI Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Stay updated on the most valuable tools: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, open source, and the agentic ecosystem.

• Evaluate various options, develop informed opinions, and provide evidence-based recommendations.

• Transition AI solutions from prototypes to full production.

• Establish agents, plugins, MCP servers, hooks, and integrations that operate reliably.

• Ensure operational effectiveness: manage access, set cost limits, and maintain audit trails.

• Oversee the AI coding assistant stack.

• Create shared infrastructure, including MCP servers, agent configurations, reusable prompts, and custom tools.

• Assist teams in practical application by collaborating with engineers on actual projects.

• Partner with the Chief Architect to establish code review standards, patterns, and tooling.

⛳️ Requirements

• A solid foundation in software engineering.

• Proven experience in deploying production code across multiple technology stacks.

• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents in real-world applications.

• Practical experience with AI-driven features.

• Familiarity with agentic patterns: MCP, tool utilization, context management, prompt engineering, and evaluation.

• A strong sense of curiosity.

• Excellent infrastructure practices.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Nice-to-haves: Experience in developer tooling or platform engineering, familiarity with Azure, GitHub, modern CI/CD, and some knowledge of .NET or TypeScript.
