This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Develop a monthly roadmap for AI workflows to create and implement, prioritized by productivity or cost impact, for all departments excluding Product and Engineering.
• Recognize manual, repetitive tasks across departments and design AI-driven workflows to either replace or enhance them.
• Execute the workflows you define: configure tools, create automations, and ensure they are utilized daily, rather than merely documenting recommendations.
• Continuously improve and refine workflows post-launch based on user feedback and utilization data.
• Assist with system implementations for AI and related tools, collaborating with the CTO and Engineering to address technical requirements and data access.
• Integrate AI tools into essential business systems (CRM, HRIS, financial tools, Slack, etc.), enabling workflows to operate within the platforms teams already utilize.
• Assess and pilot new AI tools for particular departments and use cases, providing recommendations on what to adopt, pause, or phase out.
• Educate department teams on the workflows and tools you develop, ensuring follow-up to confirm they are being effectively utilized.
• Directly address adoption challenges with end users instead of escalating issues.
• Monitor the usage and costs of AI tools by team and use case, and conduct monthly ROI analyses.
• Provide monthly updates to the CTO regarding workflow delivery, adoption metrics, and productivity/cost impacts.
• Empower teams to build and manage their own AI workflows over time, fostering greater self-sufficiency within departments instead of relying on you for every adjustment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in AI/LLM implementation, workflow automation, technical business operations, or a similar hands-on technical position.
• Capable of writing and modifying code for simple, internal business applications (even if AI generates most of it)—production-grade or engineering-quality code is not mandatory.
• Proven experience in building integrations or automations (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs, low-code/no-code platforms).
• Familiarity with modern AI tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.) and their application in business workflows.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with non-technical teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, HR) to define and deliver workflows.
• Strong communication skills to train and troubleshoot with non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over initiatives from start to finish.
• Highly effective in a remote work setting.
• 100% remote work with no office requirement.
• Unlimited paid time off (PTO).
• 22 official company holidays.
• Comprehensive health care coverage.
• Life insurance benefits.
• Stock options available.
• Work alongside amazing colleagues.
• Dynamic culture that is positive and celebrates achievements together.
• Inspiring mission and innovative software product.
• Opportunity to advance your career by joining a fast-growing tech startup at an early stage.
