AI Enablement Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the use case pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or automation delivery, specifically in transitioning AI or workflow automation projects from discovery to production.

• Proficient understanding of the modern AI stack: prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, tool evaluation, and governance.

• Experience in performing workflow assessments with business stakeholders, addressing both technical and operational aspects: mapping current conditions, pinpointing leverage points, and designing future states.

• Proven history of delivering results measured in time savings, cost reductions, or revenue impact, rather than just features delivered or tools implemented.

• Strong written communication skills: business cases, executive briefings, and solution design documents.
