This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Identify opportunities to minimize manual tasks through automation and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refine processes and workflows.
• Manage executive priorities, schedules, and operational follow-ups to ensure cohesive execution.
• Assist in managing CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and process optimization.
• Develop and sustain organized knowledge libraries and training materials.
• Enhance client onboarding and intake processes through automation.
• Support the coordination of webinars and automate post-event procedures.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows to simplify administrative and operational functions.
• Establish reinforcement email systems and automated follow-up procedures.
• Create internal workflow systems to boost team efficiency.
• Develop automated solutions for content repurposing, transcript extraction, and knowledge management.
• Research, implement, and oversee automation tools to enhance workflows.
• Assist with the setup, integration, and troubleshooting of legal technology systems.
• Coordinate projects, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, demonstrating strong professional communication abilities.
• Over 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or in a systems-oriented support role.
• Highly proficient with AI technologies, including experience with tools such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Skilled in automation tools like Zapier and Make.
• Experience building workflows independently using no-code or low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their integrations.
• Proven experience in creating AI-assisted content pipelines and repurposing transcripts.
• Knowledge of AI video tools and prompt-based systems.
• Experience with knowledge organization systems and search-driven workflows.
• Familiar with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Notion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation software.
