This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +3 more states.
• Promote the integration of AI-driven tools and methodologies throughout DevOps and engineering workflows.
• Design, prototype, and implement AI-enhanced solutions for automating infrastructure, deployment processes, incident analysis, monitoring, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Investigate practical uses of LLMs, AI agents, and AI-assisted development tools within DevOps settings.
• Construct and uphold Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated deployment systems.
• Create, support, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to guarantee dependable and efficient software delivery.
• Develop and sustain containerized application platforms utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.
• Facilitate the progression and enhancement of monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Automate repetitive operational activities and refine engineering workflows.
• Engage in incident response, root-cause analysis, and the execution of long-term reliability enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, cross-functional teams, and external contractors to enhance delivery and operational procedures.
• Keep technical documentation updated for DevOps and AI-enabled solutions.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or a related field.
• A strong and genuine enthusiasm for AI in DevOps, with a solid comprehension of how AI can enhance engineering productivity, automation, observability, reliability, and incident management.
• Practical experience in building, supporting, or experimenting with AI-related projects—whether professional, personal, open-source, or otherwise.
• A curious mindset and initiative to continuously explore emerging AI tools, models, frameworks, and agent-based workflows.
• A robust understanding of DevOps principles: automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, reliability, security, and continuous improvement.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
• Experience in designing and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with configuration automation and Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.
• Proficient scripting skills in Bash, Python, or a comparable language.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting practices and tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, Opensearch, Vector).
• Knowledge of application deployment, release management, networking basics, and secure engineering practices.
• Experience in supporting application databases from a DevOps perspective, including monitoring and performance troubleshooting for PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Native-level proficiency in Russian.
• Fully remote working arrangement.
