AI DevOps Engineer – Automation Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You enhance our company's operational efficiency by automating processes, developing internal tools, and integrating our system landscape (HubSpot, Mailchimp, internal databases, AI assistants) into a cohesive framework.

• You gather requirements from the team and leverage contemporary AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, and similar) to swiftly implement functional and dependable solutions.

• You recognize repetitive manual tasks (support, campaigns, reporting, data maintenance) and substitute them with automations and scripts.

• You oversee projects from conception through implementation to the stable operation of internal web tools, dashboards, small services, and AI assistants.

• You link HubSpot with our other systems (data flows, workflows, enrichment, reporting) to enhance the efficiency of sales and marketing.

• You serve as the technical liaison between management, marketing, support, and trading.

⛳️ Requirements

• You autonomously create software and automations.

• Node.js, Python, SQL, and modern web stacks are integral to your daily work.

• You have experience utilizing AI coding tools and understand when quick "vibe coding" suffices and when proper engineering is necessary.

• You possess experience with APIs and integrations, preferably with HubSpot, CRM, or marketing automation systems.

• You focus on business outcomes rather than just features.

• You prioritize identifying the problem that needs addressing.

• You communicate effectively in German, work in an organized manner, and deliver complete solutions rather than half measures.

• Nice to have: awareness of privacy and GDPR, experience with local or self-hosted solutions, and an interest in energy and mobility topics.
