This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Design, create, and implement AI solutions specifically for our products and services.

• Evaluate processes to determine how AI can enhance efficiency.

• Analyze and process extensive data sets to train effective AI models.

• Continuously update and enhance AI models and systems.

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).

• Construct and configure AI agents using Copilot Studio and Agent Builder.

• Integrate Azure AI services (Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI) within our solutions.

• Develop integrations through APIs and custom connectors.

• Rapidly create prototypes (POC, MVP) for clients.

• Engage in client workshops and suggest practical solutions.

• Assist clients during testing and deployment phases.

• Provide training and encourage the adoption of solutions.

• 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar position.

• Practical experience in developing on the Power Platform.

• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, and Azure AI.

• Understanding of API integrations and Azure architecture.

• Experience with M365 applications (Teams, SharePoint).

• Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts in an understandable manner.

• Self-sufficient with a collaborative approach.

• Capability to train and support users effectively.

• Enjoyment of teamwork and being a team player.

• Bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) in English and French is an asset.
