This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• We are looking for a patient, articulate, and technically adept Part-Time Technical Trainer to join our team on an on-demand basis.
• This position leans more towards technical marketing rather than software development — you will need to understand and confidently utilize our GPUaaS platform and its surrounding ecosystem, but you will not be expected to develop on top of it.
• Your main responsibilities will include two key areas: (1) creating customer-focused demo content that replaces engineering-centric recordings with relatable, use-case-driven flows, and (2) conducting hands-on, guided training sessions at customer sites globally.
• The work is project-based, averaging about one week per month, making it ideal for an experienced professional who wishes to remain engaged without a full-time commitment.
• This is a non-converting contract engagement. Hours and travel are not guaranteed on a week-to-week basis; you will travel when a training trip is scheduled, and there will be no work when there isn't.
• The consistent aspect of the role is demo and curriculum creation, while the training delivery side may vary.
• 10–15 years of overall professional experience in technical roles, with a minimum of 3 years concentrating on cloud infrastructure, GPU computing, or HPC environments.
• Proficiency in Linux, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud CLI tools.
• Familiarity with at least one deep-learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and foundational knowledge of GPU programming (CUDA, cuDNN, or similar).
• Comfortable reading and writing Python; capable of creating clear, reproducible Jupyter notebooks for instructional purposes.
• Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences — clarity of expression is essential.
• Over 3 years of formal training, instructional design, or technical enablement experience; curriculum development experience is required — not just delivery.
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups of varying sizes.
• Patient and methodical teaching style — able to slow down, pause, and guide customers through technical content step by step without causing frustration.
• Experience in producing instructional or demo videos (screen recording, voiceover, light editing) using tools like Camtasia, Loom, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools — such as AI writing assistants, automated transcription/captioning, AI image/diagram generators, and prompt-based video editors.
• Strong documentation skills; ability to create polished slide decks, technical guides, and quick-reference materials.
• Must possess a valid passport; travel is global and may involve international customer sites.
• Comfortable with an on-demand travel schedule — when a training engagement is scheduled, travel is expected; there is no guaranteed frequency or set number of trips per month.
• Reliable home-office setup with high-speed internet for remote training delivery.
• Truly flexible, on-demand engagement — perfect for an experienced professional seeking meaningful part-time work without a full-time commitment. Hours are not guaranteed week-to-week; this role will not transition into a full-time position.
• Full travel and expense reimbursement for all customer-site visits.
• Access to our complete GPUaaS platform for self-directed learning, demo preparation, and content creation.
• Collaborative team culture with direct access to Product and Engineering leadership.
• Opportunity for growth with a fast-paced company at the forefront of AI infrastructure.
