AI Lead Engineer, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LLMs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to pinpoint AI/ML opportunities and create innovative solutions.

• Implement and deploy AI/ML algorithms and models within production environments.

• Optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Conduct experiments, perform data analysis, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Develop and uphold documentation for AI/ML algorithms, models, and solutions.

• Stay informed about the latest AI/ML research and technologies, applying them to enhance our platform.

• Mentor and provide technical support to junior AI/ML engineers or team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.

• Ideally possess over 5 years of experience in developing AI models using ML, NLP, and deep learning.

• Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering.

• A keen interest in AI and a strong motivation to engage in AI research.

• Proficient in Python and its ecosystem for AI/ML development.

• Familiarity with LLM concepts, information retrieval, recommendation engines, and predictive AI.

• Data engineering skills, with the ability to write scripts for moving and cleaning data for use with LLMs.

• Experience with tools and APIs utilizing inference engines hosted externally, such as on openai.com.

• Solid software engineering background (additional experience is desirable).

• Experience working with large datasets in a production setting is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with Python libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
