This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver data products in accordance with the defined architecture, ensuring readable data contracts and clear consumption standards for other teams.

• Structure and make Data Lake data available for use by Generative AI systems, enriching and enhancing the context of the models.

• Implement data delivery solutions using techniques such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agents, and MCP (Model Context Protocol).

• Maintain clear and versioned data contracts, facilitating consumption by product and engineering teams.

• Collaborate with other teams to understand their data needs and ensure that deliverables meet the use cases.

• Implement and maintain monitoring for Generative AI solutions.

• Support the observability of services (e.g., MCP services) through OpenTelemetry and other observability stack tools.

• Contribute to the application of the data product architecture standards set by the team.

• Engage in building or maintaining data pipelines as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Generative AI (RAG, Agents, LLMs, context, and embeddings).

• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and an understanding of autonomous agent architectures.

• Experience with vector databases (PGVector, Qdrant, ChromaDB, or similar).

• Proficiency with AWS as the primary cloud platform (S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Bedrock, SageMaker, among others).

• Development experience in Python with frameworks and libraries aimed at services and AI, such as FastAPI, FastMCP, LangGraph, and AWS Strands.

• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, NewRelic, or similar).

• Ability to work with Data Lakes and structure data for consumption by AI applications.

• Understanding of data contracts and data product architecture.

• **Desirable:**

• A completed degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience with LangFuse for monitoring and traceability of Generative AI solutions.

• Experience with AWS SageMaker for training and experimenting with traditional AI models.

• Background in DevOps — Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Experience with AI orchestration platforms (LiteLLM, OpenWebUI, or similar).

• AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate or Professional).

• MBA or postgraduate degree in areas related to technology, data, or business.
