This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with integrated AI solutions.

• Regularly utilize automation tools with agents capable of performing complex, multi-step tasks.

• Develop specifications that effectively inform the AI system.

• Ensure quality control and manage secure operations in a production environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in programming with Java.

• Experience with AWS, specifically in infrastructure as code (IAC).

• Familiarity with specification-driven development, using specifications as the primary input to the AI.

• Strong understanding of the SDLC phases: design, build, test, deploy, and operate.

• Advanced experience with AI in development processes, including code generation, testing, refactoring, and debugging.

• Ability to construct agents capable of multi-step tasks, tool utilization, planning, and execution.

• Competence in creating reusable skills and composing various capabilities.

• Experience with integration through Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar methods.

• Development of slash-commands and operational interfaces based on structured prompts.

• Skill in orchestrating workflows that involve multiple agents or combined human-agent interactions.

• Proficiency in integrating with tools such as Git, CI/CD, issue tracking, and observability platforms.

• Ability to critically assess AI outputs for quality, safety, and consistency.
