AI Developer Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and develop internal AI tools that facilitate automated remediation and migration workflows across the developer platform.

• Implement and incorporate AI tools (such as LLM-based assistants, code analysis agents, and CI/CD-integrated tools) into current developer workflows.

• Diagnose and assist developers facing challenges with AI tools, serving as the subject matter expert in AI-assisted development.

• Work in collaboration with teams to integrate AI features into build practices, upgrade cycles, and security patching processes.

• Assess and report on results, including quicker upgrade cycles, minimized manual remediation efforts, and cost savings.

• Consistently enhance tools based on developer feedback and usage trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).

• Practical experience in building or integrating AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, OpenAI APIs, GitHub Copilot, or similar).

• Comfortable using the Linux command line interface or Windows.

• Familiarity with developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.

• Capability to construct new tools from the ground up as well as configure and deploy existing AI platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities—willing to be the primary resource when issues arise.

• Nice to Have: Experience in security remediation, dependency management, or modernizing legacy code.

• Understanding of platform engineering or internal developer platform (IDP) concepts.
