AI Design Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Design department within our AI Group

• Supervise AI Designers

• Collaborate directly with AI Engineers and Scientists

• Influence the functionality and enhancement of Fin AI models over time

• Work in partnership with Product Designers and Research & Development teams

• Proficient in AI technologies

• Leadership experience in product development

• Strong values and mindset

• Proven experience working closely with machine learning engineers or AI researchers

• Familiarity with the AI system layer (e.g., model behavior, prompts, evaluations, agent workflows)

• Background in designing, constructing, or refining an AI system or agent
