• The Deployment & Client Experience Specialist is essential for facilitating successful global client implementation and the adoption of the Liquid AI Solutions suite.
• This position emphasizes the creation and ongoing enhancement of deployment tools, processes, and playbooks, while acting as a primary liaison among cross-functional teams.
• As a mid-level contributor, the individual in this role will be tasked with integrating client feedback, overseeing recurring issues, and promoting operational excellence across client configuration and client success activities on a global scale.
• The position combines project management, process enhancement, and stakeholder collaboration to improve the overall client experience extensively.
• Develop, sustain, and consistently advance global tools, processes, and playbooks that support client configuration and client success.
• Identify potential improvements to streamline deployment workflows and enhance client adoption results.
• Manage and triage ongoing global client feedback across the entire Liquid AI Solutions suite.
• Analyze patterns in client experience to proactively identify risks, themes, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Maintain a centralized and prioritized backlog of Voice of Customer (VOC) items, which includes enhancements, bugs, and recurring issues.
• Monitor, triage, and coordinate the resolution of complex and recurring cross-client issues.
• Document insights and integrate learnings into scalable tools, processes, and playbooks.
• Ensure visibility and tracking of issues through appropriate systems and workflows.
• Serve as a liaison among Technical, Client Configuration, Client Success, Engagement, and Support teams on a global scale.
• Facilitate alignment on priorities, timelines, and solutions for items that impact clients.
• Coordinate testing efforts and validations before production releases.
• Manage and monitor workstreams via JIRA, ensuring accurate prioritization and progress tracking.
• Support release readiness activities, which include testing coordination and communication with stakeholders.
• Provide training to global Client Configuration and Client Success teams regarding Liquid AI Solutions, deployment playbooks, and issue resolution methodologies.
• 3–6 years of experience in client deployment, client success operations, product operations, or related positions.
• Preferred experience in a global, cross-functional setting supporting SaaS or technology solutions.
• Strong project management capabilities, with proficiency in tools like JIRA.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical thinking with the capacity to interpret client feedback and convert it into actionable improvements.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Process-focused with an emphasis on scalability and continuous enhancement.
• Familiarity with client deployment processes, lifecycle management, and support frameworks.
• Experience in issue tracking, testing coordination, and release management practices.
• Comfort with tooling, documentation, and playbook development.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
