AI Deployment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Foster successful client relationships by understanding their business challenges and providing guidance on the strategic application of Arvo's solutions.

• Convert intricate operational issues into testable hypotheses and actionable, data-driven assessments.

• Create, fine-tune, and assess customized AI models and agents for each client, working closely with a technical team from prototype to production.

• Produce technical and business reports, analyses, and dashboards to showcase the financial and operational impact of solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Prioritize features and the initiative roadmap according to client needs, balancing potential financial gains with technical feasibility.

• Conduct onboarding sessions and regular follow-up rituals (check-ins) to guarantee product adoption and development.

• Manage transitions between internal Product, Operations, and Development teams to ensure seamless and efficient deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience that blends business insight with data analysis (e.g., strategy consulting, product operations, applied data science, or similar roles).

• Technical expertise and practical experience in data manipulation using Python and/or SQL.

• Strong comprehension of client management and corporate operations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate technical data into engaging business narratives.

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business-related fields (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar).
