This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Based on the task at hand, you may be required to create original content or evaluate outputs generated by AI.

• Ensure content is culturally relevant and suitable by leveraging local insights regarding tone, symbolism, visual elements, and market compatibility.

• Identify common problems such as visual artifacts, style inconsistencies, translation mistakes, or cultural discrepancies.

• Provide clear and structured annotations that can be directly utilized for model enhancement.

• Consistently apply evaluation criteria and engage in calibration and quality assurance processes to maintain uniform scoring and judgment standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level fluency in the target language.

• Prior experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator is preferred.

• Comfortable working with both text and audio/video materials.

• Ability to adhere to detailed guidelines and provide clear, constructive feedback.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to accurately categorize content.
