AI Creative Strategist Producer, Video/Statics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of the strategic development of performance creative for our e-commerce brands.

• Your work will span products in visually-oriented consumer categories where effective hooks, clear offer communication, and customer insights directly influence revenue performance.

• This role is hands-on; you will create briefings along with the accompanying content!

• You will generate every type of AI-driven advertisement currently successful in e-commerce.

• You keep abreast of the latest trends. When a new format begins to perform well, you’re already experimenting with it.

• Formulate creative strategies for e-commerce/DTC brands — identifying effective hooks, converting formats, and angles to explore.

• Compose creative briefs that translate brand positioning and audience psychology into specific video and static concepts.

• Evaluate successful ads (Meta Ad Library, competitor analysis) and deconstruct what makes them effective.

• Review ad performance metrics weekly: CTR, hook rate, hold rate, CVR, ROAS.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with AI video ads that have scaled on Meta: This is the top requirement. You possess examples of AI-generated video ads that have operated with real budgets and delivered results. Not demo reels or portfolio pieces, but ads that generated revenue.

• Comprehensive AI ad experience: You have produced various formats — not just one type. AI UGC, claymation, CGI demos, AI characters, cinematic spots — you have worked across the entire range and understand which format suits which product or audience.

• Practical experience with AI video tools: You have utilized tools such as fal.ai, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Creatify, Seedance, or similar in production. You are familiar with their strengths, limitations, and how to achieve optimal output from each.

• E-commerce creative experience: You have developed ads specifically for e-commerce/DTC brands. This excludes SaaS, B2B, and brand awareness campaigns. Your focus is on direct-response creative that drives purchases of physical products.

• Brief writing proficiency: You can clearly articulate a creative concept so that anyone (human or AI) could execute it. Your briefs are specific, actionable, and grounded in strategy.

• Speed and volume: You produce work at a pace that traditional production methods cannot match. You create multiple concepts each day and several variants each week across different brands.
