AI Creative Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the systems that create and manage restaurant imagery and videos at scale.

• Develop a style system (including presets and guidelines) that ensures visually appealing, brand-consistent outputs across various restaurant types.

• Dive deep into models and prompting techniques to enhance quality, consistency, and creative diversity.

• Deliver pipelines and tools for iteration, quality assurance, and post-processing tasks (such as upscaling, cleanup, framing, and compression).

• Establish evaluation frameworks (including rubrics, golden standards, and reviews) to foster continuous improvement in creative quality.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, AI, and Launch teams to transform creative generation into a sustainable competitive advantage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding art direction and photographic sensibility; you can assess an output and immediately identify issues and solutions.

• Strong technical skills (including coding) and familiarity with building prototypes, scripts, and tools to enhance pipelines.

• A deep curiosity and practical experience with contemporary image/video models, prompting, reference workflows, and iterative enhancement.

• A systems-oriented mindset: you prioritize reliability, cost-efficiency, throughput, and safeguards—not just isolated exceptional outputs.

• High-ownership execution: you swiftly transition from insights to implemented improvements, maintaining an unwavering focus on quality.

• Empathy for restaurant customers and an innate understanding of brand representation, ambiance, and the visual appeal suitable for various cuisines and identities.
