AI Creative Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creative vision from initial concept to final execution.

• Transform client objectives into captivating visual narratives.

• Create concepts, keyframes, style frames, and visual presentations.

• Generate effective prompts for AI-driven image and video production.

• Incorporate AI technologies into the creative workflow to enhance quality and productivity.

• Edit videos, animatics, presentations, and pitch materials.

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams.

• Showcase creative work to clients and integrate their feedback.

• Explore and adopt new AI tools and creative processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, Creative Lead, or a related position.

• Robust portfolio showcasing storytelling, visual development, and creative leadership.

• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary creative teams.

• Practical experience with AI-driven creative tools and prompt engineering.

• Strong skills in video editing.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficient in Spanish and advanced in English.
