AI Creative Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create innovative visual concepts, design frameworks, campaign materials, prototypes, social media ideas, motion explorations, presentation assets, and digital experiences utilizing both traditional design methods and AI-enhanced creative workflows.

• Employ strong design skills, motion awareness, and a keen creative perspective to produce visual concepts for digital, social, video, campaign, and presentation projects.

• Utilize AI tools and design platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop), Figma, Gemiini/Nanobana, Google Flow, Antigravity, and other emerging creative technologies to conceptualize, design, animate, edit, prototype, and refine creative ideas.

• Generate AI-assisted visuals, style frames, motion tests, mood boards, and proof-of-concepts to effectively evaluate ideas and creative concepts, facilitating quicker decision-making.

• Rapidly develop multiple creative directions, then refine the chosen paths with a focus on craftsmanship, clarity, motion, and brand alignment.

• Maintain a high standard for visual quality, motion design, creative experimentation, and brand consistency across various campaigns and channels.

• Tailor ideas to leverage the strengths of each campaign platform, particularly in digital, social, video, and motion-driven formats.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create, modify, and implement creative work.

• Remain actively engaged with emerging AI tools and creative platforms, bringing fresh techniques, workflows, and examples back to the team.

• Utilize AI to enhance the creative process, including ideation, visual development, storyboarding, motion exploration, editing, prototyping, versioning, and presentation preparation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in design, art direction, motion graphics, visual development, or multi-disciplinary creative roles within an agency, in-house creative team, or production setting. An agency background is advantageous.

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates design proficiency, contemporary style, visual storytelling, concept development, and hands-on creation across digital, social, video, campaigns, motion, or new formats.

• Expertise in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) with comfort in After Effects, editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut), and AI tools (Google Flow, Nanobanana, and other emerging AI production tools).

• Proven proficiency with AI creative tools for image, video, motion, ideation, prototyping, and visual exploration.

• Strong skills in prompt writing and an understanding of guiding AI tools towards specific creative objectives.

• Ability to incorporate AI-generated work within a disciplined creative process, avoiding shortcuts that compromise taste, judgment, or craftsmanship.

• A discerning design sensibility encompassing composition, typography, color, layout, motion awareness, pacing, editing rhythm, and visual storytelling.

• Capability to transition swiftly from concept to mockup, prototype, storyboard, motion test, edit, or presentation-ready visuals.

• A strong collaborator who is receptive to direction, responsive to feedback, and capable of enhancing work with minimal oversight.

• Skill in managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and feedback cycles with focus and attention to detail.

• Inquisitive, experimental, and self-motivated, with a preference for creating rather than just discussing ideas.

• Understanding of brand safety, product accuracy, responsible AI use, and the potential risks associated with generative tools in consumer-facing creative endeavors.
