AI Creative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and refine visual concepts utilizing AI tools (image generation, video, text-to-design, layout automation).

• Develop, document, and implement AI workflows that enhance quality, speed, and creative diversity within the design team.

• Incorporate AI-assisted assets into client projects while maintaining brand integrity and craftsmanship.

• Serve as an internal facilitator: conduct experiments, share prompts and outcomes, train designers, and keep the team up-to-date.

• Collaborate with Designers, Project Managers, and clients to transform briefs into completed visual work.

• Critically assess new tools—understand which ones are beneficial for our stack and which are not.

• Link design decisions to the client's strategic objectives and brand vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience as a full-time or freelance Designer (Graphic, UI/UX, or Motion).

• Impressive portfolio showcasing recent work examples that highlight strong conceptual and visual skills.

• Practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, Nano Banana, Firefly, Sora, Veo) and a clear perspective on their effectiveness.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with Webflow is advantageous.

• Solid understanding of marketing, website design, social media content, and advertising.

• Capability to methodically manage multiple assignments simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

• Competence in overseeing the entire design project lifecycle from conception to delivery.

• A keen eye for precision, detail, and quality assurance.

• Strong English language skills (both written and verbal).

• A collaborative and humble mindset—willing to teach as much as you create.
