AI Creative and Technology Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for integrating AI into the agency's services and operations.

• Conduct research, testing, and recommendations on emerging AI tools and technologies.

• Keep abreast of advancements in generative AI, automation, and creative technology.

• Assist teams in utilizing AI for content creation, ideation, design, video production, and campaign development.

• Create prompts, workflows, and best practices tailored for creative teams.

• Support the production and quality assurance of AI-generated content.

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency.

• Identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation.

• Establish integrations between AI platforms and agency systems as necessary.

• Train and assist staff in the proficient use of AI tools.

• Develop policies, procedures, and governance frameworks for AI.

• Generate documentation and resources for knowledge sharing.

• Contribute to client projects and proposals related to AI.

• Identify areas to introduce AI-enhanced services.

• Aid in the development of new products and service offerings that leverage AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Make, Zapier, or similar technologies.

• Strong grasp of marketing, content creation, creative production, and digital workflows.

• Ability to merge creative thinking with technical problem-solving skills.

• Experience in building automations, workflows, or AI-driven solutions.

• Outstanding communication and training abilities.
