AI Context Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Take charge of Mercury's knowledge infrastructure.

• Develop the knowledge layer that enhances Mercury's AI infrastructure.

• Manage the reporting layer effectively.

• Promote the adoption of standardized systems and practices across the company.

• Continuously enhance the methods by which Mercury captures, organizes, and utilizes knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in program or product operations, technical program management, product management, data, or related fields.

• Possess a mindset akin to that of a systems designer and knowledge architect.

• Comfortable with technical systems, including APIs, data models, analytics, and tools such as Linear, GitHub, Metabase, and contemporary AI platforms.

• Practical experience in leveraging AI to enhance workflows, automations, agents, or other applications.

• Ability to influence organizations through sound judgment, effective communication, and strategic execution.
