AI Content Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical infrastructure that supports content and design operations, covering everything from planning and research to AI-assisted production, quality assurance, publishing, and distribution.

• Assume technical responsibility for the content and design factory, which includes selecting tools, establishing automation pipelines, managing quality, and orchestrating agents.

• Create and develop intricate multistep workflows and interfaces for content and design creation by structuring, prompting, and conducting quality assurance.

• Enhance skills in model harnesses and utilize external content workflow tools such as AirOps and n8n.

• Design user experiences and integrate UI solutions into existing frameworks, including Supabase databases.

• Develop and sustain user interfaces and systems for workflows and databases, providing functionalities like search, data export, and data import into alternate workflows.

• Maintain a modular and replaceable technology stack by regularly assessing tools and making changes before dependencies form.

• Minimize manual tasks by creating automations and agent workflows to eliminate repetitive operations.

• Work collaboratively with leadership as an equal partner on architectural choices and infrastructure strategy.

• Empower a global community of over 35,000 platform engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust technical expertise in database schemas, REST/GraphQL API integrations, RAG/vector database design and implementation, and automation pipelines.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI as a development tool, including but not limited to Claude Code, Cursor, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of professional content creation principles, including structure, tone, narrative, and the ability to distinguish high-quality content.

• A business-oriented mindset with strong prioritization skills.

• Capability to take ownership of a roadmap and engage in architectural discussions with leadership.

• Solid foundation in software engineering principles.

• Comfort in writing, reviewing, and maintaining production-level code.
