AI Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate and evaluate AI-produced images and videos against predefined quality and content standards prior to customer release.

• Assess product accuracy, which includes details, features, colors, dimensions, branding, and other pertinent information.

• Examine visual realism and detect AI artifacts, unnatural movements, visual inconsistencies, distorted products or individuals, rendering issues, and other quality-related concerns.

• Review the quality of AI-generated voice, focusing on pronunciation, pacing, tone, clarity, synchronization, and naturalness.

• Scrutinize scripts, on-screen text, captions, product claims, and other content for accuracy and consistency with the original source.

• Detect issues that require regeneration or correction and document feedback clearly.

• Conduct multiple rounds of quality assurance before the final publication.

• Keep real-time tracking of deliverables and production status using project management tools.

• Monitor content throughout generation, review, revisions, uploads, final quality checks, publication, and assignment to the corresponding client playlist.

• Maintain organized records of quality issues, revisions, approvals, and completed content.

• Assist in ensuring that production goals, deadlines, and client delivery expectations are fulfilled.

• Participate in daily stand-up meetings, providing updates on progress, quality concerns, blockers, and priorities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot subtle visual, audio, and content-quality issues.

• Strong discernment in determining whether AI-generated content meets established quality criteria.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage and track a high volume of content simultaneously.

• Comfortable with learning and utilizing various internal platforms and AI tools.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Previous experience is not mandatory; however, experience in content quality assurance, content operations, content production, e-commerce content, digital media, or AI-generated content is advantageous and considered a plus.

• Candidates based in the Philippines should be able to work hours aligned with U.S. Pacific Time (PT).
