This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Engage in hands-on AI projects for clients as an active AI specialist
• Design and construct workflows for AI agents, including prompt chains and orchestration logic
• Develop and enhance prompts tailored to specific business scenarios (prompt engineering)
• Assess current client workflows to uncover potential for AI improvements
• Create functional prototypes and proof-of-concept models to validate strategies
• Collaborate with developers during implementation handoff and establish technical specifications
• Assist in presales activities by providing AI solution proposals and feasibility evaluations
• Perform business domain analysis to pinpoint areas where AI adds real value
• Transform client business challenges into AI-compatible solutions
• Prepare demonstrations and prototype materials for client presentations
• Contribute to effort estimation for AI components in proposals
• Stay updated on AI news, model releases, tool enhancements, and novel techniques
• Assess new AI platforms, frameworks, and services for possible adoption
• Experiment with innovative methodologies and share insights
• Document patterns, techniques, and lessons learned from project experiences
• Contribute to internal knowledge repositories and training resources
• Design agentic workflows utilizing orchestration frameworks (e.g., n8n, LangGraph, custom pipelines)
• Enhance existing business workflows by integrating AI functionalities
• Define conversation patterns, tool usage strategies, and handoff protocols for AI agents
• Specify context management, memory approaches, and retrieval methodologies
• Technical expertise in prompt engineering and LLM interaction patterns
• Proficiency in AI agent and workflow design (both conceptual and practical)
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, embedding strategies, and retrieval patterns
• Familiarity with AI platforms and APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models)
• Understanding of workflow automation tools and integration concepts
• Business acumen in process analysis and optimization
• Skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
• Ability to evaluate AI feasibility and manage realistic expectations
• Experience in presales support and contributing to proposals
• Research and learning competence: self-directed learning and experimentation
• Capability to synthesize trends and translate them into actionable applications
