This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• If you have a passion for both collaborating with people and engineering innovative technology, you will be an excellent fit. We are seeking an AI Consultant to assist our clients in transitioning from AI experimentation to structured, large-scale deployment.
• Under the mentorship of a senior architect, you will design and develop intelligent agents utilizing Microsoft’s comprehensive AI stack (which includes M365 Copilot, AI Builder, and generative actions), integrating them into the Power Platform and pro-code services such as Azure AI Foundry.
• This role is highly collaborative, where you will actively create the technical roadmaps that enhance our clients' AI maturity.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience (including internships or placement years) in client-facing consulting roles, preferably within a Microsoft Partner or similar setting.
• A solid understanding of Microsoft’s AI capabilities - Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and AI Builder - along with the associated Power Platform and Dataverse. Familiarity with pro-code platform services like Azure AI/Foundry and Microsoft Fabric is advantageous.
• Experience in developing integrated solutions across Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, and external data sources through connectors.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), grounding agents in enterprise knowledge, and utilizing Microsoft’s pre-built AI models.
• Proven experience in leading ideation and requirements workshops.
• Experience in assisting organizations shift from AI experimentation to systematic, agent-led integration.
• Agile delivery experience, which includes working in sprints, managing backlogs, and demonstrating solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. A growth mindset, curiosity, and the capacity to rapidly learn new services.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
