AI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess and organize business processes while pinpointing automation possibilities

• Develop and execute AI and workflow solutions utilizing n8n, Make, or Zapier

• Link systems through APIs and JSON, ensuring clean and dependable data transfers

• Incorporate LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows into operational processes

• Convert business needs into precise technical solutions

• Assume responsibility for solutions from conceptualization to production deployment

• Evaluate outcomes, enhance existing automations, and ensure scalability

• Connect business functions, IT, and management while making technical and conceptual decisions

• Consider GDPR, the EU AI Act, and governance requirements from the beginning

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong process-oriented mindset and a comprehensive grasp of process modeling

• Experience with low-code/no-code automation, preferably using n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate

• Solid understanding of BPMN, APIs, and data structures

• Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and LLM APIs

• Experience with RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows is advantageous

• Ability to organize complex requirements and serve as a liaison between business and IT

• Independent, analytical, and solution-focused work approach

• Willingness to take accountability for decisions and outcomes

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German, at least at C1 level

• Openness to engage with clients

• Familiarity with the GDPR, the EU AI Act, and governance requirements to be considered during execution
