AI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Assist enterprises in identifying, designing, and launching high-impact AI agents with quantifiable results.

• Propel customers’ AI initiatives and develop AI adoption strategies.

• Work collaboratively with clients to identify and prioritize significant AI use cases based on business value and technical viability.

• Convert business challenges and opportunities into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals with success metrics and guidelines.

• Design AI agent solutions and reengineer workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks and unlock new opportunities.

• Specify how AI agents integrate with CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, APIs, MCPs, and workflows.

• Create agent specifications and solution documentation for delivery teams.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams throughout pre-sales, implementation, and adoption phases.

• Assist in customer presentations and executive discussions concerning AI strategy.

• Remain up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, trends in agentic AI, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in business analysis, process design, value mapping, and discovery.

• Familiarity with contemporary LLMs, AI agent architecture, and business process automation.

• Comfort with APIs and system integrations.

• Experience in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, Solution Implementation, Business Consulting, or a related customer-facing role.

• Practical experience in designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective solution designs.

• Experience engaging with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical skills and systems thinking.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
