This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate workflows across sales, project execution, support, and administration.

• Streamline internal processes utilizing Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teamsware Studio, Power Automate, and appropriate AI services.

• Create and implement AI use cases tailored for construction firms, real estate developers, and architectural and engineering organizations.

• Build intelligent document assistants for handling contracts and change orders.

• Automate the review of construction site diaries and project documentation.

• Provide training for colleagues and clients.

• Set standards for prompt engineering and AI application.

• Guarantee data privacy, data integrity, and ethical AI practices.

• Keep track of market trends and assess new models and tools.

• Deploy relevant innovations as prototypes on the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A true passion for AI: regular use of AI tools, active involvement with advancements in the sector, and experience in developing your own automations or prototypes.

• An interest in the construction sector; prior experience in construction or real estate is definitely advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform.

• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar services is a plus.

• Analytical mindset to identify suitable automation prospects.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to convey complex technology in a clear manner.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
