AI CoE Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, engineering, and implementation of AI-native solutions within the Pharma & Life Sciences, HiTech, and BFS sectors.

• Collaborate closely with the CTO and the Head of Sales.

• Advocate for a specification-driven development methodology utilizing AI to create rapid prototypes and distinct functional/technical specifications.

• Oversee, recruit, mentor, and expand a team of Forward Deployed Engineers.

• Convert specifications and prototypes into production-ready software integrated into client workflows.

• Direct the technical vision and modular growth of the AI platform across Pharma, HiTech, and BFS.

• Participate in high-stakes enterprise presentations featuring tailored technical architectures, functional specifications, and live prototype demonstrations.

• Ensure continuous, proactive daily adoption of models by client teams.

• Transform client feedback into fundamental specifications and product requirements.

• Set best practices for MLOps, model evaluations, data governance, and shared pipelines.

• Expedite client go-lives from specifications to deployment within weeks.

• Serve as the primary functional authority and establish credibility with client C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and business heads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history of implementing specification-driven development methodologies.

• Experience utilizing AI tools, including LLM coders and agentic workflows, for rapid prototyping, specification, and validation of complex enterprise software.

• Demonstrated success in deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.

• Strong familiarity with at least one core industry vertical: Pharma, HiTech, or BFS.

• Quick learning capability across additional industry sectors.

• Minimum of 2 years in AI/ML or enterprise software.

• Proven experience in client-facing roles, from presales through to implementation.

• Working knowledge of AI architecture, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and contemporary MLOps/data infrastructure.

• Outstanding ability to convey complex technical specifications and prototypes to C-suite executives and functional business leaders.
