This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• You will take ownership of, develop, and operate your startup in areas such as AI.
• You will begin an in-depth personal growth experience designed by unicorn founders and participate in a fully tailored program to enhance your goal-setting, time management, and energy management skills.
• You will gain assistance in recruitment through our network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs.
• You will refine your product with our support until achieving product-market fit and receive assistance in building a sales team or establishing a marketing strategy as needed.
• You are located in Europe or the Americas or are willing to relocate.
• You are prepared to take full responsibility for your own startup and aim to scale it to over €100M in revenue.
• You possess excellent communication skills in English.
• A salary while you develop your startup, as you will be directly employed by us.
• Alternatively, you have the option to receive up to €500k in funding.
• Weekly 1:1 sparring sessions with unicorn founders.
• Community access to the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors.
• Team building support for hiring exceptional talent through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Distribution support to achieve product-market fit and to establish a sales force or marketing machine.
