AI Cinematographer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create cinematic films and motion using generative video tools, ranging from initial concept films to completed campaign projects.

• Primarily utilize Kling, our preferred tool, while also having the flexibility to incorporate Seedance and other tools when they enhance the work.

• Translate authentic cinematographic techniques — such as framing, lensing, lighting, camera movement, and editing rhythm — into prompts, references, and generative workflows that maintain a high standard for taste and quality.

• Develop visual aesthetics and worlds for concepts that have yet to be built, making them convincing and visually appealing on screen.

• Exercise judgment regarding tool selection — determining which model or method best suits a specific shot, and recognizing when a result meets the quality standards for release.

• Stay informed about advancements in a rapidly evolving field and share valuable insights and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• **A strong foundation in film.** Film school or comparable training, with a true mastery of cinematic language, pacing, and storytelling — with a focus on film rather than photography. You conceptualize in motion and understand how each shot fits within a sequence.

• **Proficiency in AI video generation.** Practical experience with Kling is essential; familiarity with Seedance and/or other generative tools is advantageous, alongside the discernment to choose the right tool for each shot.

• **A keen eye for high-end production.** Aesthetic judgment, precision, and restraint that align with luxury brands — possessing an appreciation for architecture and the environments our work brings to life.

• **Self-motivation.** Effective communication and the ability to manage work independently across different time zones.

• **We are flexible regarding experience level.** This role is suitable for recent film graduates who are adept with modern tools, but we are also open to discussing opportunities with more experienced candidates.
