This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the AI adoption roadmap in conjunction with the Director of AI Transformation's delivery, ensuring that every deployed solution includes a corresponding change and enablement strategy.
• Define, monitor, and report adoption metrics for each AI initiative, including active usage, time-to-proficiency, and self-serve rates on a regular basis.
• Customize enablement strategies to align with business and departmental initiatives while identifying adoption risks before and during rollout, offering mitigation strategies rather than just presenting issues.
• Design and implement training programs for every AI tool and workflow introduced by the team through live sessions, asynchronous content, quick-reference guides, and peer learning formats.
• Create and sustain a centralized AI use case library: a dynamic resource featuring proven workflows, prompt templates, and best practices for all employees to access independently.
• Develop clear guidance that translates the technical capabilities established by the team into actionable content for any employee to utilize immediately.
• Conduct regular enablement meetings with department leads and power users, integrating AI practices into existing workflows instead of establishing parallel processes.
• Stay updated on AI tools and emerging capabilities, gaining enough understanding to confidently teach others how to utilize them.
• Assist the Director of AI Transformation in managing the AI steering cadence by handling logistics, preparing materials, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
• Independently facilitate department-level AI onboarding and working sessions.
• Monitor employee sentiment regarding AI across functions to identify opportunities for enablement or support.
• Cultivate relationships with champions and influencers in every business function to expedite internal adoption.
• Manage all internal AI communications, including launch announcements, Slack updates, newsletters, and leadership briefings, ensuring the organization remains informed, engaged, and motivated.
• Create and maintain a consistent internal narrative on the significance of AI at ActivTrak, based on real employee outcomes and business impacts rather than technological hype.
• Establish and oversee feedback channels that facilitate employees in sharing what works and what doesn’t, synthesizing this feedback into actionable insights for the organization.
• Collaborate with the Director of AI Transformation to communicate AI governance policies and acceptable use guidelines throughout the organization in a clear, accessible, and non-threatening manner.
• Develop training and reference materials that enable employees to understand data privacy, compliance expectations, and responsible AI usage in their everyday tasks.
• Monitor and report on governance-related feedback and inquiries from employees, aiding in identifying areas where policy clarification or reinforcement is required.
• 5 years of experience in learning and development, organizational change management, sales enablement, revenue operations, or a closely related field.
• Proven history of developing structured change and enablement programs from the ground up. You have crafted the approach, not merely executed someone else's strategy.
• Practical experience with modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar, enabling you to effectively teach others how to use them.
• Experience in facilitating meetings and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written communication skills, capable of producing clear internal content across various formats: Slack updates, launch announcements, training guides, and executive briefings.
• Experience leveraging data to measure and enhance adoption outcomes.
• High empathy for employees who may be skeptical or overwhelmed by new technology. You meet individuals where they are, rather than where you wish they would be.
• Comfort in a SaaS environment, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, operations, and business functions.
• Collaborative and low-ego. You derive energy from the success of others and are comfortable operating without seeking the spotlight.
• An active learner who stays informed about AI tools and change management best practices, bringing that knowledge back to the team.
• Competitive compensation and benefits.
• Remote position available within the US.
• Minimal travel required.
• Limited physical demands.
