AI Business Transformation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead the deployment and integration of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools throughout the organization.

• Develop and configure Copilot Agents, custom GPTs, and AI-driven workflows customized to business requirements.

• Analyze current business processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and design enhanced workflows.

• Manage and enhance Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Streamline and automate CRM workflows to enhance sales, service, and operational activities.

• Create and sustain dashboards and reporting tools that provide the leadership team with clear performance insights.

• Develop and oversee SOPs, process documentation, and internal knowledge repositories.

• Investigate, assess, and propose new AI tools and technologies pertinent to the business.

• Advocate for continuous improvement across departments and assist in change management as new systems are implemented.

• Provide training and support to team members to facilitate the adoption of new tools and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).

• Practical experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or comparable platforms.

• Proven experience in developing automated workflows and integrating various business systems.

• Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, business analysis, or continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proficient in building dashboards and reports that convert data into actionable business insights.

• Familiar with CRM platforms and adept at optimizing them for enhanced team productivity.

• Strong documentation abilities with experience in creating SOPs and managing knowledge systems.

• Excellent English communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies, with a history of keeping up with new tools and applying them effectively.

• **Nice to have:**

• Experience with Australian businesses or global clients.

• Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or low-code/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make.com).

• Background in business improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B settings.
