AI Business Transformation – Design Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops to analyze existing procurement workflows and uncover AI possibilities.

• Assist clients in formulating strategies for agent implementation and establishing future performance metrics.

• Assess the AI readiness of customers and pinpoint policy obstacles.

• Provide guidance on organizational change and support clients in policy reform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in spearheading extensive, cross-functional digital transformation projects at the Enterprise level.

• Profound knowledge of the GenAI and Agentic AI ecosystem (LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents).

• Professional proficiency in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

• Prior experience with the Coupa platform is advantageous, though we prioritize Agent-First Thinking over platform expertise.

• Background in Tier-1 management consulting or leading significant digital transformation initiatives.

• Bilingual capability to gain C-Suite support for the AI vision while working alongside functional leaders.

• Competence in producing the Executive Impact Report that demonstrates a tangible improvement in operational efficiency.
