AI Business Transformation, Design Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• AI Opportunity Mapping: Facilitate workshops to analyze existing procurement workflows and pinpoint areas where Coupa Agents (both native and custom) can deliver the maximum return on investment.

• Agentic Deployment Strategy: Assist clients in determining the optimal locations and methods for agent deployment, deciding which processes should be fully automated versus requiring human oversight.

• Target Operating Model Design: Establish the future-state metrics (KPIs) that the AI transformation needs to achieve, ensuring alignment with board-level objectives.

• Maturity Audit: Assess the customer's AI Readiness from three perspectives: Culture (willingness to trust agents), Data (is the intelligence layer adequately supported?), and Process (is the workflow prepared for agents?).

• Blocker Mitigation: Recognize internal policy or workforce challenges early and collaborate with leadership to remove these obstacles.

• Organizational Change (OCM): Provide guidance on workforce transitions, including the development of AI Centers of Excellence (COE) and retraining staff to operate an "AI Workforce."

• Policy Transformation: Advise clients on revising internal governance to facilitate autonomous agent actions (e.g., automated contract redlining or tail-spend negotiation).

• Architect Collaboration: Serve as the "Tone Setter" for the technical team. You establish the Vision while the Agentic Architect determines the Build.

• Roadmap Integration: Connect the customer's long-term transformation objectives with the Coupa Product Roadmap to ensure the client remains ahead of industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Agentic AI Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the GenAI and Agentic AI landscape (LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents). You must comprehend the capabilities and limitations of agents in the current landscape.

• Procurement/Finance Domain: Strong fluency in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. You need to be aware of "Legacy" challenges to design the "Agentic" solution.

• Executive Presence: Ability to engage C-Suite leaders on the AI vision while also working with functional leaders to translate that vision into everyday S2P workflows.

• Proven Digital Transformation Leadership: Over 10 years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional digital transformation projects at the Enterprise level.

• Coupa Experience: Previous exposure to the Coupa platform is an advantage, but we prioritize Agent-First Thinking over platform knowledge.

• Consulting Pedigree: Background in Tier-1 management consulting or managing significant digital transformation initiatives.

• Referenceability: Guide the client through the "25 Compose Engagements" to achieve a state of strong public advocacy.

• Agent Density: Enhance the number of active, high-value agents deployed within a client's ecosystem.

• Executive Impact: Deliver the Executive Impact Report that demonstrates a measurable improvement in operational efficiency.
