AI Business Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate current business processes and pinpoint automation opportunities within retail, hospitality, and distribution sectors.

• Create and implement a roadmap for AI and automation that aligns with organizational goals.

• Deploy scalable AI solutions that enhance productivity, decision-making, and customer experience.

• Establish governance frameworks, documentation, and best practices for AI integration throughout the organization.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows utilizing contemporary automation platforms.

• Remove repetitive manual tasks and boost operational efficiency.

• Integrate various business systems and data sources to optimize workflows.

• Continuously assess, troubleshoot, and enhance automation performance.

• Develop AI-powered tools, assistants, and workflows that facilitate business operations.

• Utilize platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI technologies to refine business processes.

• Create knowledge management systems and AI-enabled internal resources.

• Implement reporting and monitoring systems that yield actionable business insights.

• Construct dashboards and reporting frameworks that measure automation performance and business impact.

• Analyze operational and commercial data to uncover opportunities for improvement.

• Evaluate the ROI and effectiveness of AI initiatives.

• Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams.

• Execute automation initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and retention.

• Develop solutions that minimize stockouts and reduce lost sales opportunities.

• Improve forecasting accuracy, inventory visibility, and operational planning.

• Support projects that either generate or safeguard revenue through enhanced processes and automation.

• Collaborate with executives and department heads to address business challenges.

• Translate business needs into actionable AI and automation solutions.

• Train and assist teams with newly adopted systems and processes.

• Foster the adoption and ongoing improvement of AI capabilities across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in AI, automation, systems implementation, business process enhancement, or related areas.

• Formal education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience working within established companies and structured business environments.

• Proven track record of creating automation solutions that yield measurable business results.

• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, large language models, and automation platforms.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar platforms.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to work independently and build systems from the ground up.

• Experience collaborating remotely with international teams.
