This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

• Management of AI Avatars: Develop language-specific AI clones, with each clone tailored to a distinct target language.

• Ensure uniformity in tone, authority, and medical credibility across all clones.

• Oversee the technical quality of the avatar, including voice modulation and delivery for each localization.

• Course Development: Transform raw books and lectures into AI-driven course videos and educational modules.

• Guarantee that all outputs are precise, well-structured, and align with the standards of a premium paid education platform.

• Localization & Translation: Assist with translation processes for intricate medical scripts.

• Apply AI voice and video localization to ensure that delivery appears natural in every target language.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI clone development or a related position.

• Demonstrable, hands-on experience with AI video and avatar technologies (experience with Synthesia is highly desirable).

• Proficient in AI prompting techniques across text (LLMs), voice (cloning), and video.

• Background in handling long-form, knowledge-intensive content.

• Ability to comprehend complex medical information and organize it effectively for video presentation.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to subject-matter accuracy.

• Capability to operate independently in a remote setting without the need for constant guidance.
