AI Automations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and deploy AI-driven workflows that enhance operational efficiency throughout the organization.

• Generate automations for legal and administrative tasks, such as document review, summarization, workflow automation, and knowledge management.

• Identify significant automation prospects and prioritize projects that yield measurable business value.

• Assess emerging AI tools and technologies, providing recommendations for new solutions.

• Collaborate with leadership to pinpoint areas where AI can boost productivity and improve business operations.

• Manage multiple AI projects concurrently while ensuring scalability and long-term usability.

• Establish best practices for AI adoption, governance, and workflow design.

• Enhance existing AI systems as new technologies emerge.

• Act as the internal AI expert and day-to-day resource for company employees.

• Mentor team members with varying degrees of AI expertise.

• Develop training materials, documentation, and best practices to promote company-wide AI literacy.

• Encourage continuous learning and experimentation with AI technologies.

• Integrate AI solutions with existing business platforms and software.

• Collaborate with internal teams across legal, operational, and administrative functions.

• Assist in the implementation and optimization of AI workflows within document management, productivity, and business systems.

• Ensure that AI solutions remain reliable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in developing practical AI solutions and workflow automations.

• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms.

• Experience in integrating AI into business operations and productivity workflows.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience in training, mentoring, or assisting end users in adopting new technologies.

• Ability to independently manage multiple AI initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Technical background in software development, computer science, automation engineering, or related fields (preferred).

• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and AI integrations (preferred).

• Knowledge of document management systems such as Filevine or similar platforms (preferred).

• Experience integrating AI within legal, professional services, or knowledge-based organizations (preferred).

• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms, APIs, scripting, or custom AI applications (preferred).

• Enthusiasm for keeping up with rapidly evolving AI technologies and industry trends (preferred).
